Villa Katerina is located about 800m. from the port of Parikia. It is easily accesed on foot (via the seafront road of the town) and by car via the seafront road (turn left right after at Zoodochos Pigi church) as well as by the Peripeheral road of Parikia (turn at the small road opposite  'Audiophile' music store).  There is a spacious municipal parking right next to the building of Villa Katerina.
